We take your privacy seriously. Here's how we handle your info.
Last Updated: October 31, 2025
Look, we get it - nobody actually loves reading privacy policies. But since you're here training with us at Shadow Venom Chronos Fitness, you deserve to know what happens with your personal info.
This policy covers everything from your membership details to how we handle your training data and payment information. We're not gonna sell your email to spam companies or anything sketchy like that. This doc explains what we collect, why we need it, and how we keep it safe.
By using our facility, booking classes, or signing up for personal training, you're agreeing to this privacy policy. If something doesn't sit right with you, hit us up and we'll talk it through.
When you sign up, we'll grab your name, email, phone number, and address. Pretty standard stuff for any gym membership. We also need your emergency contact info because, well, we're doing combat training here and safety comes first.
If you're working with our coaches one-on-one, we keep track of your fitness goals, workout history, and any injuries or health conditions we should know about. This helps us make sure you're not overdoing it or doing exercises that could mess you up.
Credit card details, billing addresses - the usual. We use secure payment processors, so your financial info isn't just sitting on our servers.
We track which classes you attend, when you check in, and how often you're showing up. Helps us figure out scheduling and popular class times. Plus, it's motivating to see your own consistency.
Like most websites, we see what pages you visit, how long you stick around, and what device you're using. Nothing creepy, just basic analytics to make the site better.
We're not in the business of selling your info, but there are times when we need to share it:
We work with payment processors, email services, and booking software. They only get what they need to do their job, and they're contractually obligated to keep your data secure.
If the law requires it or if there's a legitimate legal request, we might have to hand over information. We're not thrilled about it either, but we gotta follow the rules.
If there's a medical emergency, we'll share relevant health info with first responders. Your safety trumps everything.
If we ever sell the gym or merge with another facility, your membership data would transfer to the new owners. We'd let you know if this happens.
Yeah, we use cookies - not the delicious kind, unfortunately. These are small files that help our website remember you and work better.
These keep you logged in and make sure the website actually functions. You can't really turn these off without breaking everything.
We use tools like Google Analytics to see how people use our site. It's all anonymous data - we're not tracking individuals, just trends and patterns.
These help us show you relevant ads and remember your preferences. You can disable these in your browser settings if they bug you.
Most browsers let you control cookies. Check your browser settings if you want to manage or delete them.
We take security seriously because your trust matters. Here's what we do to protect your data:
That said, no system is 100% bulletproof. We do everything we can, but we can't guarantee absolute security. If we ever have a data breach, we'll let you know ASAP and tell you what happened.
You've got rights when it comes to your personal data. Here's what you can do:
Want to see what info we have on you? Just ask. We'll send you a copy of everything we're storing.
If something's wrong or outdated, let us know and we'll fix it. You can update most stuff yourself through your member portal.
If you cancel your membership and want us to delete your info, we'll do it. Keep in mind we might need to keep some records for legal or financial reasons, but we'll get rid of everything we don't absolutely need.
Don't want promotional emails? Click the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or just tell us you're not interested.
You can request your data in a format that you can take to another gym. No hard feelings.
To exercise any of these rights, shoot us an email at info@shadowvenomchronos.info or call (604) 555-7829. We'll get back to you within 30 days.
We don't keep your info forever. Here's the breakdown:
If you want us to delete your data sooner, just ask and we'll take care of what we legally can.
Our facility is primarily for adults, but we do accept members aged 16 and up for certain programs. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian to sign off on your membership.
We don't knowingly collect information from kids under 16 without parental consent. If we find out we've accidentally collected data from a young teen without proper authorization, we'll delete it immediately.
Parents or guardians can request access to their minor's data, ask for corrections, or request deletion by contacting us directly.
Look, things change. We might update this privacy policy from time to time as we add new services or if privacy laws change.
When we make changes, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If it's a major change that significantly affects how we handle your data, we'll send you an email or post a notice at the gym.
We recommend checking back here occasionally to stay in the loop. Continuing to use our services after we post changes means you're cool with the updated policy.
Got questions about this privacy policy or how we handle your data? We're here to help. Seriously, don't hesitate to reach out.

For privacy-specific inquiries, put "Privacy Request" in the subject line and we'll prioritize your message. We'll respond within 30 days, usually much sooner.
We collect what we need to run the gym, keep you safe, and provide great training. We don't sell your data, we keep it secure, and you can see or delete it anytime. If you've got concerns or questions, just talk to us - we're real people who actually care about this stuff.
