Advanced striking with Muay Thai and Kickboxing elements. Knees, elbows, kicks - we're going full arsenal here.

Functional movements at high intensity. We mix barbell work, gymnastics, and cardio into workouts that'll leave you wrecked in the best way.

HIIT Warfare

Short bursts of maximum effort with minimal rest. It's brutal, it's efficient, and yeah, you're gonna feel it tomorrow.

Look, I get it - scrolling through all these classes can be overwhelming. Here's the deal: if you're brand new, start with Boxing Basics or HIIT Warfare. Both'll give you a solid foundation without throwing you into the deep end.

Already got some experience? MMA Fundamentals or CrossFit Core are solid picks. And if you're looking to really level up your game, our Advanced classes with Marcus and Sophia will push you harder than you've been pushed before.
